Fealsamthom, Your Time is Now

Legislation has been proposed by the Tománnach opposition, the Democratic Labour Party (DLP), which would lead to the deletion of article twelve, the article which lead to the formal protection and integration into the Republic of the socialist enclave of the East Fealsamthom Soviet Republic, later renamed the Tománn Republic of East Fealsamthom.

Originally the breakaway EFSR, also known as the Democratic Republic of Fealsamthom, was annexed by the Republic of Talamthom reunifying Co. Fealsamthom, and incorporating the area fully into the Republic. Following the Constitutional Convention the area of East Fealsamthom was afforded special administrative region status due to pressure from the Communist Party and the Labour Party of Talamthom. The area was given special status via the text of article twelve (then article eleven) and name the Tománn Republic of East Fealsamthom.

Following a period of left-wing stagnation within the Republic, and general inactivity in East Fealsamthom, the DLP saw fit to propose an amendment to unify Co. Fealsamthom once and for all. No Labour or Communist members have been available for comment.
